Like many specialty retailers, Vitamin Shoppe suffered from lagging sales and quarterly decreases in revenue. But unlike most retailers, they have a secret weapon – a group a highly knowledgeable and passionate employees to guide customers on their wellness journey. After all, everyone need some guidance, whether it's the person taking the first step on their journey or the committed fitness fanatic looking for an edge.
The "Victory is Yours" social campaign highlighted both employees and customers in thirty pieces of social media. The creative helped illustrate the depth of knowledge and friendly faces of Health Enthusiasts (the store employees) and celebrated the victories, both large and small, that are universal for all Vitamin Shoppe customers. Each post was hash tagged #VictoryIsYours, and encouraged customers to share their own victory.
